Cheesy stuffed mushrooms are one of my favourite ways to cook them. I had 3 big mushrooms and the Chilal cheese, so I made this dish.
Preheat the oven at 200C/180C fan. Mix 100g soft cheese with garlic powder and dried parsley. Add 1 teaspoon of cold pressed rapeseed oil and mix. Stuff the three mushrooms with that mixture and add a few strings of Chilal cheese.
Bake them for 20 minutes. The mushrooms are ready to be served.

I don’t have a recipe for stuffed mushrooms but I do enjoy them. Garlic mushrooms is my favourite starter.
I love garlic mushrooms too, I could eat it every day 🙂
mmmm Anca I adore stuffed mushrooms, although thinking about it I normally just roast them in some butter, garlic and black pepper with some thyme to keep it simple! I have stuffed them with a risotto before x
Stuffed with risotto sounds like a very good idea too x
