I’m a huge fan of avocado dips. I eat them with omelets, nachos, rice, chips, baked potatoes, burgers and sandwiches. As I want to try new things all the time, this time I’ve added some yogurt in the dip and it was delicious.
Ingredients for Avocado dip:
– 1 ripe avocado
– 1 teaspoon of wholegrain mustard
– 100g yogurt
– 1 spoon of olive oil
– sea salt
Mixed them together for 30 seconds and the dip is ready to be served. So easy to make and really delicious.
